I led a complex multi-stakeholder project to create a new organisational strapline (every child, every chance) and first ever core messaging, and successfully rolled both out to all staff.
I also developed brand tone of voice and writing guidelines, and established more meaningful and rigorous brand monitoring.
As Content Manager I was in charge of all the words that went out of the organisation, developed our verbal identity guidelines and managed the rollout of our new name and visual identity.
We refreshed every single piece of branded material we had, created a lot of gantt charts - and even redecorated the office!
